I am a marketing consultant, business strategist and Human Design professional with more than 20 years of experience across digital products, software, marketing, communications and business development.

My work has always centred on helping ideas become practical, visible and sustainable. I have founded and managed businesses in software, travel and property consultancy, led marketing and PR activity, built digital strategies, managed teams and projects, and supported organisations in education, child safety and community initiatives.

Today, through Orgtechture, I bring this commercial experience together with a more precise understanding of how people work: how they make decisions, contribute their strengths, communicate and collaborate.
